V2 of a relaxing desert oasis villa. Complete with fancy pool, animated more realistic water, house, pond with dock/nature area, animated birds, etc.

Nice place to visit and relax.

I really like it! Luxurious, but small enough for a gathering without everyone going off in their own direction.

I used your suggestion for a scrolling normal texture and added a minimal surface diffuse texture to add some grainyness to help sell the illusion of motion. :)
