Description
Changes it so owners of the Roman Empire and Byzantine Empire can castrate and blind prisoners regardless of culture.


I always thought it was odd that even though Castration and Blinding was a longstanding Byzantine practice, the moment the ruler's culture differs they decide that these punishments are no longer needed. Since the Roman Empire replaces the Byzantine title once created it also seemed odd that they would forgo such a tradition upon restoring the Empire to its former glory.


This is not compatible with any mod that uses/changes "vassal_decisions.txt".
This mod is NOT achievement compatible as it changes the checksum.


If you come across any issues caused by this mod, let me know and I'll try to fix it as soon as possible.

I couldn't find the mod you were talking about, but I just tested this mod and it works fine. The mod you use must overwrite the "vassal_decisions.txt" file, therefor making it incompatible.

I'll look into trying to update this mod so it overwrites no files and thus will (probably) be compatible with everything besides (maybe) total conversion mods. This is my first time modding Ck2 so no promises.

Im sorry but for some reason this mod isnt working when I also use the mod "Draggin", so if you could look into that it would be nice, thanks.

(It is worth noting that for the map mod you have to manually change the path in the .mod file to make it work)
