Three New Idea Groups

Description
This mod adds three new generic idea groups, selectable by any nation, to the game:

- Patronage Ideas, focussing on architecture, the arts and government interaction with the general population.

- Sovereignty Ideas, focussing on asserting your position as an independent nation on the global stage.

- Logistics Ideas, focussing on the movement of goods and people, particularly the military.

This mod contains three new idea groups, fully equipped with policies and events. It does not change any existing ideas groups, policies or events.


NEW IDEAS
*Patronage Ideas [ADM]
1. Yearly Legitimacy +0.5, Monthly Heir Claim Strength +0.05
2. Ruler Culture Advisor Cost -25%, Opinion with same Culture +20
3. Government Reform Progress +10%, +1% Renaissance Spread in Capital
4. Monthly Splendor +1, Build Time -10%
5. Discovered Relations Impact -50%, Imperial Authority Growth +10%, Imperial Mandate Growth +0.05
6. Goods Produced Modifier +10%, Prosperity growth +10%
7. No Penalty from Negative Religious Tolerance
BONUS: All Power Cost -5%, +1% Renaissance Spread in Capital, +1 Available Policy

*Sovereignty Ideas [DIP]
1. Promote Culture Cost -50%, Accepted Culture Opinion +10
2. Capture Ship Chance +10%, Claim Duration +25%
3. Ship Trade Power +20%, +1 Naval Combat Bonus in Owned Seas
4. Monthly Favors Gain + 20%, Possible Condottieri +50%
5. Administrative Efficiency +5%
6. Maximum Absolutism +10
7. Rival Change Cost -100%, Fort Maintenance on Border with Rival -50%
BONUS: Casus Belli Against Neighbouring Governments, Marines Limit +10%

*Logistics Ideas [MIL]
1. Cavalry Flanking +50%, Cavalry to Infantry Ratio +20%
2. Movement Speed +10%
3. Reinforcement Cost -20%
4. Loot Speed -50%, Raze Power Gain +10%
5. Morale Damage to Reserves -50%
6. Free Leader +1, Leader Recruitment Cost -20%
7. Artillery Damage from the Backrow +20%
BONUS: Artillery Level vs Fort +20%, Max Artillery Level vs Fort +2

Known tidbits:
Patronage is listed twice in policy tooltips. This is unavoidable.
AI is not a fan of the "Global Threat" event.
Asia tends to embrace the Renaissance a bit sooner.

Note: This mod will affect institutions due to the Patronage idea group giving Renaissance spread.

@VerdaK I'm not sure. Maybe the modifier has been removed. I haven't updated the mod in a while. I will try take a look at some point.

"Artillery Bonus vs Fort +2" doesn't show at all and nothing seems to happen when the bonus is obtained.

Everything else seems ok.

Maybe an incompatibility with another mod I didn't try to play with just this one.

Aaah, thats what it was! Yep, i just didnt know about two versions. My pc got stolen so i dont really have a rig to run eu4 right now but i still do modding for personal use, I was making new idea groups (prosperity splendor patronage [great minds think alike - got the same idea for a name of an idea group lol] plus several government specific) and I was looking at your mod for a proper blueprint :)

@tymonon are you sure you're looking at the right mod files? I only created three idea groups, with the Patronage group having two versions - one with the Legalism bonus and one without - for functionality of an event that can fire when you unlock the idea.

The mod has been updated for EU4v1.33, including an overall buff to the idea groups

I would recommend buffing the ideas a little and making sure the AI does take the ideas also.
Buffing, because they are not really viable. Current meta is: Quantity, Economy, Trade, Quality, Innovative, Diplomatic. If you change the meta then I could add this back to my mod pool I play with friends and fellow developers.
