Description
Ups the effectiveness of a scattering of skills across the different skill trees:
- Lowers cooldowns or increases time applied for some of the more powerful abilities
- Strengthens some weaker abilities and passive effects

Adjusted skills will make more of a difference in combat. It probably leads to overpowered builds, but I like getting abilities that feel useful right away. And since I spent way too much time tweaking the balance for my playthrough, I'm uploading it. Use at your peril or as a jumpstart for your own balance adjustments.

So glad to see mods still being posted for this game. I just discovered it and I'm having a blast! Good mod, I LIKE overpowered builds! ;-)
