Phoenix Marines for rebels

Description
Opposing Force 2's Phoenix Marines have decided to join the Black Mesa East & White Forest resistances.

Since I do not currently have the ability to do model edits/headhacks, ALL rebels have the same gas mask model. I only made this skin because someone with better ability than mine hasn't yet, sorry.

@Courier20065 that is the HL2 campaign fo gmod, the replacements add a good effect when playing. the rope is from a coded scene of them pulling down a part of statue/screen
