the controls are on the cockpit, it requires wiremod , sit anywhere script and seat weaponizer. a side door and window, powerful thrusters and less thrusters incase of switching powers. similar to the CH-81D, it has less thrusters but also more power put into them , allowing to have a lot more power on a smaller number of thrusters as well as being a little easier to find them ( 5 thrusters: 1 below the undercarriage of the helicopter , 2 on the front of the cockpit right behind the pilot seat and 2 on either side behind the left window and right door)
