Somewhere in these infinite realities that definitely, totally exist, there's a different Zeor who wears something other than that oh-so-iconic helmet. This one is a determined paramilitary revolutionary who will give rise to the glorious nation of Zeortopia!

...Nah, I mean, this is still Zeor we're talking about, even if he does have goggles instead of Mega Mans. He's probably just gonna play video games and make fart jokes all day.

I guess my point is: Here's a hat.

Yeah, trust me, I was perturbed for a second when I put in all the work to make a couple of fancy hats and then the game insisted they were opaque black boxes!

I'm seeing that as well. Strictly a UI bug. They look fine in-game once you equip them.

An on-the-spot workaround seems to be to toggle to some other team which is using a default hat, then switch back to the team with the custom one. Then it'll still turn back to a black square when you change something though.
