Techion Spy Technologies (Updated x5.2)

Adds an actor with a cool hat which can teleport.
Press F to enter teleporting mode, and time will slow down.The movement keys will move the cursor around, press F again to warp to location. If you have the cursor over an actor or craft, you will swap places with them.

Warning: Dying in the middle of teleporting might make you stay in slowmotion for around 10 seconds unless you quickly press F again to complete the teleportation process before you are pulled away from the spybot.
