[Pac3] Exo Construction Cube

Needs pac3 to work,changes your toolgun with a useful cube.
To use the skills bind these commands in console:
-bind [any key] "pac_event heal"
-bind [any key] "pac_event armor"
-bind [any key] "pac_event skill1"
