This mod allow you to set the paternal autocrat party with Karl von Habsburg if you done the Military Occupation Tree, it changes head of government and picture.

May I have permission to re-create this mod with the original portrait for Charles I and IV? Many seem to want to use it, but are put off by the large hat the new portrait gave him.
