Description
This is a mod for fixing my previous mod "No war exhaustion for slave armies etc" https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1360283129
since the machine empire buffs nothing in that mod.

So I add a new type of army for machine empire called "Mass Swarming Army" as the cannon fodder.

It is a quick-build, high morale damage but extra-low damage army. And the most important, no war exhaustion will be generated after it been wiped out.
