Riverwood Cottage

Description
Small player home located just outside of Riverwood. Contains several mannequins, weapon racks and plaques, Crafting and Enchanting tables, and plenty of storage room with a great view of Skyrim’s best town. Includes a hidden sanctuary in the basement with even more storage.


Originally made just for me but I am such a nice guy I decided to share it with the world. Lucky you. Enjoy!

Edit: Update finally uploaded! Fixed some bugs with floors and the navmesh on the deck as well as giving it an overall more polished feel. Hurrah.

Edit: Added a tanning rack and grinding wheel to the house

@EsterAuggie - Good question but no i'm afraid not. I made this mod long before the DLC that even allowed you to adopt! I made this when i was in high school and I'm nearly 30 now. You are the first comment on here in 10 years :)

How many beds? Would this support all 6 adoptable children?

This house is awesome! There's so much storage space that i can have different chests for different things. It would be nice to have a larger weapon rack next to the mannequin on the left though. It's also good because there's SO MUCH MEAD! I found at least 27 bottles of the stuff. Thumbs up for this mod it's great!

Companions wont follow up the path and inside the cottage.

@gayleforcem 0009CDC6. and nsnow I spent almost 3 hours on saturday trying to fix em up and ended up making it worse. Im sorry, bookshelves are very complex to make in the creation kit for some reason! I may take another look at them on a rainy day some time but for now I'm just to frustrated to give it a third attempt.

@Canada Man - I love where you put the new bookcases. They look great there! I have a question. I was fooling around with furnishing the cabin myself and accidently deleted the wall in between the bedroom and workroom. Can you give me the code for the wall so that I can put it back in? Thanks a bunch!
