Russian Portraits

This mod adds a Russian "species" to the game, separate from humans, in a new "Russian" category. It also adds a new "Russian" set of buildings and a Russian name list.

The portraits vary a little depending on what government the species has. For a specific few government types, the Russian portrait set switches over to "Soviet" clothes, which change what clothes the ruler and generals wear. The "Soviet" governments are

• Irenic Bureaucracy
  
• Irenic Dictatorship
  
• Totalitarian Regime
  
• Technocratic Dictatorship
  
• Hive Mind
  
• Devouring Swarm
  
• Bandit Commune

Outside of those specific government types, the Russian portrait set will utilize cossack clothes for generals and tsarist clothes for the ruler.
