Adds the nation of The Huns to the game under the leadership of Altera, the Sword of Mars and Bane of Civilization.

Ability: The Scourge of God
Light Cavalry, Heavy Cavalry, and Mounted Composite Archers gain +3 Combat Strength and +40% pillage yields in enemy territory for every specialty District the nearest enemy City has (stacks up to 5 times).

Unique Unit: Mounted Composite Archer
Does not replace any existing units. Unlocked at Horseback Riding. Ranged unit with 3 Movement with a Range of 2. Pillaging costs just 1 Movement Point. Nearby enemy Units within 2 tiles heal 2 less HP per turn. Low melee Combat Strength (10).

Unique District: Yurt
Replaces Neighborhood. Unlocked with Horseback Riding. Low Production cost. Provides +3 Housing. Provides +1 Amenity while at war. Cavalry units you own heal an additional 10 HP per turn within 4 tiles of a Yurt that is adjacent to a source of Horses. Must be built on flat Grassland or Plains.

Unique Ability: The Sword of Mars
All Diplomatic policy slots are converted to Military policy slots. Captured Cities are automatically razed, granting an instant boost of Production to all of your own Cities based on the captured City's Population, Buildings, and Districts. Eliminating a Civilization or City-State from the game grants a large lump sum of Culture and Science based on how advanced the Civilization was.

Historical Agenda: Obliterator of Civilization
Frequently declares Formal Wars and Wars of Territorial Expansion. Likes Civilizations which are lagging behind in Science and Culture. Further likes Civilizations which have not built many Districts. Dislikes Civilizations which are advanced in Science, Culture, or construction of Districts.
R&F only: Despises Civilizations which are in a Golden Age.
