Insane Meteor Storms [might work, might not]

Description
The Meteor Storms in SE are a little bit too much, however, some people like a bigger challenge, so this will keep you on your toes :)

new Timings

the game picks a number between those values each time :)

the first storm will not start until 2 minutes after server/game starts

NORMAL:
Minimum 2 mins
Maximum 3 mins

CATACLYSM:
Minimum 30 seconds
Maximum 60 seconds

ARMAGEDDON:
Minimum 10 seconds
Maximum 20 seconds

these might be adjusted based on feedback

cataclysm was working fine for me since apex. prior i know it was broken.

im told the cataclysm mode even in vanilla is broken right now
