Gluttony's Jaw

Adds "Gluttony's Jaw" to the item pool.

Gluttony's Jaw:
- Active item that allows you to chomp foes and applies a regen effect based on enemy's health
- charge resets when enemy's stored health hits 0
- excess absorbed health is converted into GLUTTON HEARTS, which heal the player when they take red heart damage
- glutton hearts act as additional health as long as you have at least one red heart, and technically count as red heart damage
- will not effect player 2
- dropped by Gluttony
