Faster Archer Volleys - Less Accuracy Variant

There are accounts of archers having 2-3 arrows in the air before the first arrow hit the ground. I've always thought archers were way too slow in Total War games yet I know it's likely for balance reasons.

This mod removes the 'aiming' time between shots for elite archers, and shortens it considerably for regular and levy archers. They tend to use up most their ammo before the enemies close in now, so you may want to keep some in reserve to preseve firepower for mid-battle.

This is a variant which gives slightly more ammo to ranged units but also reduces accuracy a fair amount. Once the mod hits a sweet spot in being somewhat balanced I'll merge them so as not to clutter the workshop (unless people prefer the choice)
