Description
Overview
This mod adds Heavy Support Items, which are more effective than your standard support items and are obtained by performing the “Experimental Heavy Support Item” project in the proving ground that appears after completing the EXO suit.
Item stats and project cost are configurable in the config file.
This is a mod for the base game, not compatible with War of the Chosen.

Item List
Numbers can be changed in the config file.
Carbon Reflex Nerves
-Grants 15 bonus aim on reaction shots.

Circuit Breaker
-Grants +35 Hacking.

Superloader
-Grants unlimited free reloads, forever!

Revitalizer
-Grants unlimited slow regen, five uses of stabilize incase everyone else on your squad is bleeding out, and allows one use of an area of effect status effect curing.

Barrier Burster
-Grants 8 shields to the entire team until the end of your next turn.

Satellite Targeter
-Grants 10 aim and 10 crit chance on enemies caught inside the item’s area of effect.




Compatibility
-This mod features custom animations for XCom soldiers, which could cause problems maybe if you have another mod with custom XCom soldier animations. Maybe.
-I haven’t actually gotten far enough into long war to know the logistics of how EXO suits work, but the item itself is probably way cheaper and faster to create than it should be for long war. I’m not sure if the tech template is compatible so don’t insert it 200 hours through your best campaign.
-This version is not War of the Chosen Compatible.

So I am using this mod with LW2 and in the proving grounds there are like 15 of them showing there

@Killboss: why I wish the "Handy Heavy Weapons" guy made a WoTC version of his mod. the Powerfist'd finally have an animation with the ripjack one. and the Flechette Launcher was great for taking out armored guys early on (and made up for less damage than the normal heavies by having three uses, not to mention its powered upgrade, the Flux Needler, which would ignore shields, making it great for assassinating Shieldbearers)

you know what bugs me? we really should have some kinda "anti-mech" weapon for the EXO or WAR as well, something like, say, that Arc Projector Commander Shepard has in ME2. it's not like we don't have Arc Thrower tech kicking around ;)

I'll be keeping an eye out for a WotC version too, but I love this concept! Who says the E.X.O/W.A.R suits have to equip heavy *weapons*, eh?
