Description
Makes the officers a little more robust and they and their staffs count towards the number of soldiers in the unit. Adds in a skill tree for officers, forms the generals into more board leader types, and one new officer class that reduces cost.

The officers are collected into classes. command group is for medics, celebrities, and standard bearers. They become generals when they reach the final level.
