Description
This mod removes Heimskr from the game. I have also made his house empty and completely free to use as a player home.

If you have the Enhanced Whiterun, it will mark everything as stolen and keep it named Heimskr's house, but he won't be there and you still get the convenient map marker. To get around this and still store your items in the chests: player.setcellownership whiterunheimskrshouse will make it owned by you. Great mod, thanks!
