Wow, i didn't even know such an old engine like source could handle such a gorgeous model, the textures.. the hair, the beard, we can see the creator of this model took alot of time and put alot of passion into modelling that.
Thumbs up to the creator of that model, you did an amazing job man, keep it up.. it's artists like you that made TF2/CSGO (All valve related games) community still alive.
