Terraria Slime Hat

Adds the king slime mask from terraria as a selectable hat. Also adds the option to give the hat's wearer the confused eyes that you get when you are mind controlled.

Also, in the 5th and 6th images of the slime hat, the yellow and orange duck's slime looks darker than normal. I had to use the .hat file to get them all wearing the slime hat at once, and for some reason, using the .hat file makes the hat appear slightly darker. The hat is is not usually this dark.
