That addon adds Real Knife and Worn Dagger from Undertale. Weapon uses model's hands.
There are three types of knifes:
Real Knife (999999) - deals 999999 damage. Alt attack makes you invincible for some time.
Real Knife - deals normal damage. Alt attack makes you invincible for some time.
Worn Dagger - deals low damage, no alt attack.

There are remnants of this addon left when playing Gmod after unsubscribing. Specifically being that sometimes the "Miss" particle shows up accompanied by the slashing sound. I know you haven't touched this since 2018, but do consider taking care of the aforementioned problem
