Description
Chlorine trifluoride[en.wikipedia.org] is a flammable substance that can ignite without the need of oxygen. Yes, it burns in space.

During World War 2, Nazi Germany sought to weaponize this substance in their shells and flamethrowers, giving it the nickname "N-Stoff" (Substance N). However, due to the component being so unstable and difficult to control, the superweapon-fuel was suspended. Only 30 tons of this substance was created and stored in the Falkenhagen bunker.
