Home Inn v1.3.3

Description
Adds a player-owned house to Riverwood. It's my first mod.

Also on:
Skyrim Nexus: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=11783

The inside is based on the Sleeping Giant Inn, but it was modified to suit my taste.
The main floor looks like an inn. The room where the bedrooms normally are, is now the storage room (3 chests: Armour, Weapons, Clothing and Jewelry). The cellar contains all the standard stuff that you need (forge, smelter, workbench, ...).

It also features a trader who buys all your gathered junk.

The house is situated in the corner of Riverwood, where the mountains start. Right next to one of the gates, behind the Sleeping Giant Inn. It also has a map marker for fast travel.

Updates will come. Ideas are welcome.

Future plans (possibly, not sure):
- NPC's (trader, guards, guests, ...)
- More decoration, both inside and outside
- A quest to obtain the house
- <insert your idea here>

Please submit your ideas to me through Steam or comment below, maybe you'll see them in my mod someday =)

Version 1.3.3:
- The house is now always visible (wasn't always visible somehow in previous versions). This has been confirmed by multiple people.

Version 1.3.2:
- Fixed the owner, you should now be able to freely pick up what you like. I apologize for this late fix, I never had any trouble with this on my own savegame.
- Moved the guards and the entrance a bit, should look better now.

Version 1.3.1:
- Fixed the trader, something went wrong with him in the previous version.
- Fixed the chestname in the top floor bedroom.
- Rearranged the chests in the storageroom.
- Moved the furniture a bit to avoid clipping issues.
- Door should be like a door should be now.

Version 1.3:
- Trader shouldn't be in a fighting pose anymore.
- Lights should be fixed now.
- Added 2 guards at the door.
- Added a second basement for future purposes.
- Added some small furniture in the main hall (2 tables and 4 chairs).
- Moved the chests in the storage area a bit to make room for the second basement.
- Moved the tree outside a bit closer to the house (including the birds nest this time).
- Added stairs outside and a few extra rocks for decoration.

Version 1.2.1:
- Trader should be working now (thanks to Daniel for the help).

Version 1.2:
- Fixed some other bugs (lighting).
- Added NPC (Mick the Trader).

Version 1.1:
- Fixed a few small bugs.
- Fully navmeshed the house. Should be companion friendly now.
- Added a tanning rack (forgot that one in the first release).

Version 1.0:
Initial release.

Known issues:
Some users (including myself) reported that the house is sometimes invisible when you first enter Riverwood to visit the house. When you exit the house it's back. I have no idea why this is or how to fix it. The mod still works though.

May be incompatible with other mods that do things with Riverwood.

If there's anything missing or you have some other feedback or questions, feel free to comment ;)

You may NOT use this mod for your own mods without my permission.

Thanks to:
Bethesda for making Skyrim and the CK
bFe for helping me with the mod

maybe you can make it to where you run the inn, ex. customers come in for a drink, you have your own barkeep that gives you discounted food and drink, you get a sum of gold daily (basically a whole nother mod like "run your own in" and use the hidden room as youur room :) i know itd be alot of work , but i think thatd be awsum

Ive been looking for an inn like this. Anyway you could add some beds in one of the downstairs? I would like to make this a follower base, but needs more beds, and chairs

This mod adds the ability for your spouse to live everywhere. Might be what you're looking for ;)

@Albain, it's fully navmeshed, so any companions should be able to move around. Don't know about any spouses ...

Is this, um, marrage compatable?

Certainly worth a look, if you incorporate a little more life into the place as you're suggesting through a few NPC's then great, perhaps you might be able to find a way to allow the residents of Riverwood the ability to interact with the place as well, so basically an inn that you own? Also the more decoration idea is great, a lot of "homes" are coming out either over decorated or seriously lacking, certainly worth checking into.
