Where the Lemnos fails in its shortcomings, the Actium supercedes them. The Actium is a heavy artillery frigate designed to take out hostile warships at range. With a brand new varient of the heavy beam cannon series, over a dozen short range missle batteries, 4 torpedo tubes, 4 devestator cannons, and over a dozen turrets, the Actium is now slouch.

This ship is the least conforming to TEI regulation, as it's only factors are ranged firepower, color-adapted camo, and a sleek design. Engine Sigs. are still at normal.
