Franga Corp - Frago Miner MKII

The Frago (Frag-o) Miner MK II is a simple, 3-drill atmospheric mining vessel with a single large reactor, and a very large amount of storage in a very small package. The craft was designed with survival in mind (only really missing a way to defend itself and a connector [adding connector in next patch]) so feel free to go crazy*.
