Description
This adds decisions to add off-map factories and dockyard (45 buildings per click) so that when we use cheat we don't have to go to console commands and type ic and build factories by clicking each of them.

Note: The computer that had this mod got physically broken, and I have stopped modding to the point that I forgot how to update the mod. Due to the recent patch that set limit to the number of off-map factories, this mod will not function properly.
