Perpetituity Battlecruiser

Description
A couple lessons were learned from the Victor Battlecruiser, among those being the limited usefulness of its two 300mm bombardment cannons. Replaced by two more six-barrel laser turrets and improvements in the hull's energy production, a ship capable of engaging far beyond the endurance of its crew, was born.
