Description
Simple, compact vocalizer.

You can make a bind: bind "XXX" "+mouse_menu General"

or

Go to Options > Keyboard/mouse > Edit keys/buttons > Vocalizer (General - XXX)

P.S. XXX - your button (for example, for me, the G button)
