Patapon - The Patapons

Adds the Patapon Civilization, Leaded by Hatapon.

I did this because reasons.

Adds the Patapons from the sadly underrated game from PS Portable, Patapon. Alongside with two unique units.
The Patapon civilization is supposed to be focused in faith and Military.

The unique Units are the Barsalan and The Koppen, they replace the Mechanized Infantry and the Marine respectively.

The music is of course from Patapon, Both versions of the Pikkurakotta's Theme, for war and peace.

NOTE: Patapon music can feel weird when it is out of context, so I don't wanna hear those typical "HEYEYEHEYEE PATAPON MUSIC IS GARBAGE WAWADAWWAWADAW ANANINSINSINSISCU" comments. Thank you.
