Mk IV GigaTank Tracked Vehicle

Description
The Giga Tank has long been a goal for the people of Bricksville, however any attempts to make the tank larger failed in disaster and many lifes lost. After four seperate attepmts to build at a larger scale, the decided to go with simplicity and thus the MK IV was born!

Just over 1500 bricks
around 450ish per track
It weighs in at around 150,000lbs

Feel free to use and edit as you wish! just give credit where due!

It’s to keep the track in place. Teeth, the most advanced, is the best. Scalable cylinder is second best and is kinda easy to use, but can stick to the tracks during construction and can be a pain sometimes but is very useful. Train wheels are extremely easy to use is the third best.

Thanks for the advice man!! And Yeah i was going for large on this, i even had a MUCH bigger version of this tank.......but it wouldnt go more than like 20 meters before the tracks would try to worp into the 6th diminsion.... Though question, does the train wheels work better or the scalable zynalder? anywasy thanks for taking to time to take a look at this!

3. You got most of the basics of tracks down like the middle barrier that keeps the track from falling off which is great. But the thing that moves the tracks, the wheels, are “incorrect”. Using only wheels will make your tracks fall off extremly easy. It didn’t fall of when you were using because it was too slow, and couldn’t turn. So you should either put something like a train wheel.
4. The length of the tracks are also a big deal. If using the simple ways of making tracks, making it too long will make the tracks prone to falling off a lot. Even adding teeth isn’t too effective.

Anyways, good try on the tracks. I hope the tips I provided will help improve your tracks. If you need more help, my workshop is full of tracks that work quite well from large to small, wide to thin, and to complicated to very simple.

Here are my tips on how to improve it:
1. Increase engine power (decrease torque to like 0.5), it helps with everything like speed and turning
2. You might’ve made the tracks overly large to look cool, but let me tell you this: large tracks are extremely bad if you don’t have enough friction. It makes turning a pain and slows your tank down. It could work if you added teeth, but it would still be a pain in speed and turning.

Hello! Nice try on making tank tracks! Also, tank chassis and turret looks great! I love it when people make a daring attempt in making tracks!

Here are my thoughts on the tracks since that’s probably your main selling point.

It had a very hard time at turning. Maybe 1-5 degree of turning. Also there are some parts on the side of the track that falls off extremely easily and don’t actually seem to do anything. Also, the speed was an issue.
