Riptide Class Destroyer

The Riptide Class Destroyer is a heavily armed and yet nimble starship of the T Republic designed to hit the enemy exactly where it hurts. With six missile turrets, two gatling turrets, six torpedo launchers and forward facing heavy armour, this ship is ready charge into the enemy lines up close and personal. A ram wouldn't hurt either.

This ship is completely vanilla and requires no mods to use.

The front of the ship is decked out in heavy armour, while much of the aft is made of lighter armoured blocks. This is so its not quite so sluggish and remains a fast turner, but when charging into enemy lines the ship can take a hit. The bridge is will protected by layers of both heaby and light armour, and the ship is also designed to ram into enemy ships with minimal damage to itself.

The ship also included a small hanger bay where you can keep one or two small fighters. It has a jumo drive, a main engineering towards the back of the ship and an auxilery engieneering just behind the hangar deck with backup reactors. There is a med bay, a small amount of room for cargo and a cryo bay for the crew. The ship has an overall of four decks to explore.

The ship has two oxygen generators located in main engineering.
