This build is very useful to help your teammate, so they wont be targeted. YOU in the other hand ARE THE MAIN TARGET for the main enemies, so be cautious on your health bar...
Usable in almost all heist on Deathwish difficulty or above... But not reccomended on :
1. Stealth only heist
2. Heist that spawn special enemies only
3. Deathwish with Full Speed Swarm Mode Activated (You will be overruned by the enemies)

Pros :
1. You have a lot of health
2. If use correctly, you can stand in the battle for a long time (My temporary record is 75 seconds on Deathwish difficulty with around 12 enemies and 5 specials shooting at me at same time)
3. You have decent amount of damage from your weapon
4. You have inspire
5. You have 2 convert
6. You can use stockholm syndrome
7. Have Messiah
8. Full accuracy primary and secondary weapon

Cons :
1. Don't have drill skill
2. You are the main target, so you would die easily (if you don't know how this build work)
3. Your weapon has bad ammo pickup
4. Need headshot skill (1 shot 1 kill)
5. You can't kill dozer oftenly
6. Not recommended on Death Sentence difficulty but still working but not 100%
7. Need to be very ammo efficient, don't miss oftenly
8. Don't have throwable (I mean throwable that you can throw like grenade)
9. No Doctor bag (If you want to spent on "Combat Doctor" rather than "Uppers" it's okay too)

Requierment :
1. Have Payday 2 : The Ultimate Edition
2. Full Stoic Perk Deck
3. At least Infamy V and spend on Assasin set, Slaughterhouse set, Ingenious set, and Corrupted set. (For maximum performence)

MASTERMIND SKILL TAB

In Medic...
1. Pick Basic Combat Medic so you can gain 30% damage reduction when you revive a teammate or revived by your teammate for 5 seconds
2. Pick Aced Quick Fix, the basic one give you faster deploy time for First aid kit and Doctor Bag, while the aced one give you 10% damage reduction for 120 Seconds.
3. Pick Aced Uppers, this is where getting interesting. The aced one give you skill to auto use your First aid kit if you dont have time to use it manualy, because you are in the middle of the war.
4. and Aced Inspire. Tank not only recieve the damage your enemies give to you, but you need to help your teammate while doing that, so you can revive them faster and safer with you around taking all their damage.

In Controller...
1. Pick Basic Force Friendship. Actually you only need the basic one, since you dont have any armor, the aced one is kinda useless in my opinion.
2. Pick Aced Joker. While you fighting, you need some help too, so jokers should be helpful. And there is the other thing that makes joker helpful too...
3. Pick Aced Confident. The basic and the aced one is really helpful in almost all situation. The basic extend your shout range while the aced one give you extra convert.
4. Pick Aced Partner in Crime. Not only give you extra speed and extra health, the jokers is gonna be hard as rock, just like you so make this count.
5. Pick Aced Stockholm Syndrome. You will get down easily, but still you need to help your team, so this skill is a must. Why? In case your team is far away and can't help you because it is too risky, you can ask your team to find a hostage for you, or you already tie 1 before then instant trade. So you can join battle in time of need.
6. and either Basic/Aced Hostage Taker. You can either pick basic one or the aced one. For me, I used the aced one so i can stay in battle longer. For this time, I'm gonna choose the basic one so you can spend some point on other skill.

In Sharpshooter... (optional for me)
1. Pick Basic Stable Shot. To add stability to your weapon.
2. Pick Basic Rifleman. I kinda like the movement speed is unhindered while using sight so I can do movement like sniper in FPS game pro player do :).
3. and Basic Ammo Efficiency. First of all, my type of weapon have high damage, but the ammo pickup is kinda sucks. With this skill, its gonna change in some situation.

1. Pick Aced Resilience, to reduce the flash bang visual effect
2. and Basic Transporter, its optional but sometimes helpful to throw bag at high places like in GO BANK heist

Pick Aced Scavenger, You need high ammo pickup rate so make those pickup count

FUGITIVE SKILL TAB



In Revenant...
1. Pick Aced Nine Lives, you need both, so you have 50% health in bleedout state for the basic one and extra down for the aced one.
2. Pick Aced Up You Go. Why Aced? Well majority of player don't spend aced skill in mastermind tab, at medic tab called "Aced Combat Medic" that give extra 30% health on reviving a player, so it's useful to add this skill. If someone has Aced Combat medic, then you will be lucky and can stand in war longer.
3. Pick Aced Feign Death. I actually don't like this skill because it depends on luck. But I'm gonna put it because my luck is kinda good. If you don't want to then its OK.
4. Pick Aced Swan Song, when you are out of health, you can give a bulllet or explosion damage to your surrounding enemies before going down.
5. and Basic Messiah, you will have kind of situation where your team can't help you. So you need to help yourself by kill an enemy (I recommend a weak enemy like cops, murky water army. Not special enemies) so you can get up by yourself. By the way, if you dont want to spend it "Feign Death" before, you can ace this one so you can do messiah again after using a doctor bag.

Total 69 + 10 + 1 + 7 + 32 = 119 (1 Skill point left)
Last skill point, I spend it on Brawler for Basic Martial Arts so you can take 50% less damage from enemies melee attack.

If you want to aced the Hostage Taker, you can't spent skill on (my opinion)
1. Basic Ammo Eficiency (Mastermind Sharpshooter)
2. Aced Scavenger (Enforcer Ammo Specialist)
3. Basic Steady Grip (Technician Oppressor)

Combined Tactical Vest is my choice, because the high armor and with this armor, i can still running and protect my teammate at same time.







For your melee weapon...
Buzzer
The buzzer so you can stun enemies and special so you don't get tazed or cloak and sometimes give you time to escape without being damaged.

Perk that I choose is STOIC
It's kinda my favorite since it been released for a while now. I often use it for my tank and crimespree build. The system of this perk is kinda cool actualy, you have no armor but you will have more health than usual. And when you get damage, your health doesn't reduce instanly but instead, it shows kinda stripe bar of health that reduced little by little depending on how much damage you get, the higher the damage, the more stripe bar lost in seconds.

The gameplay of this build is actually simple but hard to do. Literaly...
You just need to cover your teammate, that's all.
Well in-game (I don't said in reality cause its only a game) other heister might do something like spliting up, do their own things, well something like that. So what you need to do is pick the weakest heister or teammate or whatever you think who need help the most.


You should move first at the battle field to cover your teammate

I know it is selffish, but don't share First Aid Kit for long heist like First World Bank, Heat Street, and other long heist. Because you really need it, every First Aid counts.


I snipe the enemies with my primary

With your full accuracy both primary and secondary weapon, you can shot sniper easily. Just make sure every shot counts. You kinda have bad ammo pickup rate for the M-308 and Arbiter Grenade Launcher so don't use it oftenly on bulldozer. Oh Yeah and make sure keep doing headshot, if you pick up graze before it should help.


Buffing other heister is something at least you can do to help them

Use first aid kit when your health is low, or you kinda get a lot of damage while in low health (for this one need fast reflex because you just got seconds before go down).


Enemies will mostly target you especialy turret

Stoic is kinda unique perk deck. You don't instanly lose health when intact with enemies bullet, instead you get somekind of stripe bar that reduce your health bit by bit (If the damage is massive like sniper damage, it reduce kinda a lot). So when something like that happen, just press your throwable and your health will return to normal state. Just bear in mind, The higher you lost your health, the more health you gain when using stoic.


Put down a first aid when you have low health AND your stoic is still on cooldown

This could be an advantage and disadvantage, the positive outcome is when your health is very low, and you get sniped. If you press throwable quickly, you can regain more health than before. BUT if its in cooldown, you are toast. But there is a way out for that. The cooldown for stoic is kinda long, but when you have 35% less health and kill an enemy you will reduce the cooldown by 2 seconds, so you need to kill 5 enemies and you will reset your stoic again.


Prioritize tie a civilian, because you will need it later and for extra speed and health because of your skill

I have seen some player don't bring stoic throwable to battle, they only depend on Enduring skill, that gives 50% health back from damage-over-time end. But it's your choice to bring it or not. I always bring it.

At least tie a civilian just in case your teammate need some help and you are in custody, you can just trade yourself and help your team. And your skill give you extra 10% of speed and some ammount of extra health after taking a hostage. Don't worry your hostage wont run except if someone kill him/her by accident.

1. Why not spend some skill on optical illusion?
- For me, tank should be the main target. So optical illusion is not a must skill to have.

2. Why not spend on some ICTV (Improved Combined Tactical Vest)?
- For me, ICTV it's kinda expensive and the extra armor that converted into health it's not worth it (for me). It gives around 200 more health but in other way, it makes you slower and more targeted. For me, I need to be agile while I can absorb the damage so I rather spend on other skill than ICTV.

3. Why not using different weapon?
- Like I said, it's kinda my style to use this weapon. If you want something other than M-308 and Arbiter, be my guest and experiment on yourself :).

4. Why not recommended on Death Sentence?
- Well I used it for some time, but it still need some adjustment, because this build can't stand long in Death Sentence difficulty because of the damage given from the enemies.

5. Why Stoic not Kingpin?
- Like I said, it's my opinion to use stoic. I will try to experiment and try to find the best build for kingpin users.
