Silts Psychology:lower 'faction imprisoned me' penalty

Description
Reduces the base opinion offset from -40 to -20 for the "faction imprisoned me" thought.
Thats it.

Load after Psychology.

Safe to add and remove at any time

Should also work for newer Versions

okay, that error can be ignored and should go away once the original is updated

Pre-Load notification for dependency since it's looking for the original psychology mod. Not sure about actual errors as i haven't tested that yet
