Slazen's Upstart General Removal

Description
Removes the upstart general effect so that you can hire all the generals that offer themselves to you without the negative effects on honor, it also stops the upstart general effect from occurring off officers that you promote.

The image mod that im using is the Furinkazan, you can find it at the Total War Center, or just use the link below:

This also removes the heroic victory mechanic in my experience...

Seems to be working perfectly, and great because it removes a stupid mechanic that doesnt make sense.

I just want to let you guy know that for the Furikazan Download link, you need to go to page 7 on the link, there is a download file "Furinkazan 1.1" in media file. After downloading, extract then copy the file to Steam\steamapps\common\Total War SHOGUN 2\data. This mod does not appear on the mod manager, but still run when you run the game.
