Rotor Controller v1

Description
A simple script that allows you to set the angle of a rotor in degrees.

Run with the target degrees as a parameter.

Edit the script to change which string it looks for in the rotor name (default "[ROTOR1]")
Edit to change the desired velocity in RPM.
