Ultimate Cheat Mod 1.0

Description
Welcome to the Ultimate Cheat Mod! This mod lets you cheat about anything within in the game. This is the older 1.0 version where everything is in the government screen instead of the Decision screen.

Also, this will not be as updated as much as the newer 2.0 version because you can only do so much in the government screen.

NOTICE: This version of the mod can both work on versions 1.5.0 and up as well as 1.5.0 and below. So basically all versions of the game.

ALSO NOTE: This mod is updated a lot over time, so the pictures about might not be true for some things. However, for the most part, it is. The pictures will only change with major updates.

Current Features:
• Cheat Political Government and Foreign Policy
• Cheat Your Military
• Boost Your Ideology and Ideology Defense
• Become A Communist Lover With Industry and Construction Cheat (Produce Stuff Like Crazy)
• Research Cheat (Duke Nukem :P #NukesBefore1940)
• Others

How do I use this mod?

Mod begins to break my game when it reaches into the 100 millions. Goes down to -649 million and ruins everything, navy, air force, everything that is manpower for your military for me just breaks down. My game began to lag and eventually, crashed. I did check the error records and I know for a matter in fact it was the mod that crashed my game. Please attempt to fix this.

This mod is the earlier version of the other one. People wanted it back to the government screen instead of the decisions tab, so I made this seperate. You do not require both to play.
