[tW] Finger and Toes for EPOE

Description
EPOE-extension to allow finger and toe replacements.
Ensure that EPOE is loaded prior to this mod.

Based heavily on the mod "Prosthetic Didgets" by Zero.
I used the same ThingDef-names so you can upgrade existing saves to the EPOE-version without losing any already installed parts.
And of course credits to Ykara for the fantastic EPOE mod.

I would not use them together, just stick to the newer mod mentioned below and you should be fine.

hi there
do we need to research some thing to allow the operations tab to show fingers etc?

Thank you :)

Thank you so much! as I've been playing with this mod for a while on my b18 run, I wouldn't have been able to continue playing without it. The save would have simply not worked. Thank you so so so much! when I play on 1.0 this is a mod that is soon to be on the next save I have. Also, thanks for the prompt response!

Actually its in the commit named "0.19" - a mistake by me, as I never ported anything to 0.19, its all 0.18 stuff in there =)
