4-2-3-1 Without opponent instructions. Set training as roles played. Give it a couple of matches for your team to get used to the tactic.

I do not get many red cards or penaltys against me with this tactic or with my players. I have tryed to tweek both of the sentral defenders when I played as York, but I found out that the tactical consept work better as it is. When getting back to back promotions as York, I suddenly had a squad that did not match up the skills of my opponents when reaching the Championship, but as I developed youngsters and strenghtened the squad I did not have a problem in the long run. What teams are you having trouble as?

penalty and too many red card its a cronic problem also behind the defender comes many attack you should be fixed that

That's funny:) Personally I don't get a lot of penaltys. But I do appreciate the feedback:)
