[Pac3] Nebula Pyro

Needs pac3 to work,also read carefully before using it.
To wear it follow these steps:
1) Change the owner name of the first group to "Self";
2)Change the owner name of the second group to "viewmodel";
3)The gravity gun will now also have the flamethrower function.
