Modular Thrusters Korvo's Rebalance 2

This is a rebalance for a cool mod "Modular Thrusters" version 2.

WARNING!!!
This mod requires one of the Azimuth Thrusters mod as it uses azimuth supercharger (SC). I highly recommend using my classical azimuth thruster rebalance mod (link is given), as they are the part of one tiered rebalance system. Althoug you can use any. In any case you have to load Azimuth first (it should be placed AFTER Modular Thusters, LOWER in your mod list, this is because SE load mods upwards)

This is a rebalance for a cool mod "Modular Thrusters".
- Thrusters are balanced so that in most ship designs you can replace your big thrusters with this ones without loosing power (only in the direction you change, as the mass will increase) plus they are more reliable, as there are a lot of componets in them
- compared to small ion, they give about 1.3-1.5x more acceleration in most designes
- power consumption is large, they are less efficient then any stock thrusters
- angled (half block) thruster are all 50% of all stats
- thrusters are combined in g-menu, totally only 7 spaces!
