City Fitness Apartments

Description
This adds City Fitness Apartments (YMCA in NY, Student Hotel in Amsterdam, Holi Hostel in Berlin, and Student Living in Sydney).

This is a combine mod.
All additions use the combine tag to prevent bloat and allow multiple mods without conflicts.

Adds non-smoking community with fitness perks.
Hostel has fitness equipment caretaker (requiring work clothes), smoothie blender, rental clerk, and rental manager jobs.

Adds work clothes.
Adds the Frisbee at the store to use at the park.
Adds swimming, working out, buying salad and smoothies, playing at the arcade, and bowling.

New Icon and Location images. Placed at actual map locations.

Verified that the hospital does not coincide (geographically) with either of my mods' buildings.

That post was before the combine tag was introduced, and the combine tag post is pinned at the top of the forum.

I just saw the creator of the game post a comment to the IT Industry mod creator and telling him it was not possible to place new map locations without creating an entire new city. He even instructed him in labeling it as "New New York".

I am sure the IT Industry guy would love to know that he can merge his mod into the default New York City.

I combined my building into the existing cities.

I created a png and put it in the folder. If you look at my mod in the art folder you will see what I added.

how were you able to make a new icon in the game without making a new city?
