Recruitable at several places (the HUB, Black desert city)

I found where you can find at least one of these in the game itself without the mod. In experimental 0.98.16 one can be found in 'Armor King' in Wend, named 'Armor King's Thrall'

added a few of these as recruitable in world's end. they suck at first aid and crossbow skills but they can do melee combat just fine. Great mod :-)

I am in an experimental version, and it works.
