Radar Tower 1.4

Description
A trio of buildable towers that offer a long range of vision.

Changelog:

1.4
- Drastic reduction in number of towers the AI can build
- Priority for building towers reduced
- T3 towers have had their repair feature removed in favor of a small underpowered turret.

1.3
- Cost of a T2 Radar Tower balanced, it now costs the same to build & upgrade a T1 to a T2 as to outright build a T2
- Visual range of T3 increased from 60 to 70
- AI will build significantly fewer towers, but is almost guaranteed to have at least one.
- Shields and HP halved

1.2
- Combat Engineers can now build T1 and T2 radar towers
- Instances of "Radar Towers" being called "Radar Stations" removed
- HP on the towers dropped significantly. They're 1 shot KOs once their shields are gone.
- T3 Radar Tower build rate reduced to prevent exploiting their repair feature
- Adjusted the destroyed tower sprite so it has less contrast

- Fixed T3 Radar Tower being "upgradable" to T2

Alright, played another game and... Its soooooooo much better now. Thank you so much, ive never got this much attention and say in something before. Honestly I couldnt ask for anything else from this mod.

Yes! Just from looking at the patch notes, i think its going to be much better. Ill have to give it another try tommorow.

I've looked into the issue further and think I've hammered out a fix. 1.4 released.

@ravo - So I played another game using your mod and i dont see much change. Maybe I need to unsubscribe and resubscibe? The Ai still placed many, but not as much (played on a different map)

Thanks for the feedback. I've been testing a version that addresses the balance issues in 1.2. I ran into problems because some of the modding reference isn't well documented and I had to guess at what attribute to change. Version 1.3 seems much better balanced! Give it a try.

Okay so ive used your mod on a few games with AI, and I must say its a shit show. they place hundreds everywhere, and since they heal, this makes it impossible to take out the bases because everything is being healed all the time. But I do like you mod, I would just revise it a bit.
-Please remove the healing aspect of the towers (or lessen it)
-And try to fix the Ai spamming them

Im trying not to be a bummer, I have always wanted this in the game, it just needs a little work
