LSF CargoShip Mod (v1.45) - Spawn Rebalance

Purpose:
This simple mod changes the spawn chance, or frequency, of Cargo Ships in LSF Cargoship Mod to be more aligned with the current Vanilla spawn frequencies. This is purely to allow multiple Cargo Ship mods to be used together so that they all have a fair chance of spawning their content. Required:
The Spawn Rebalance mod does not use any of the assets of the original mod, it only contains modified GlobalEvents & SpawnGroups file, so the original mod is also required.

Usage:
The Spawn Rebalance mod must be placed above the original mod in the world mod list in order for it to work.
May not work correctly if added to a save where the original mod is already active. Start a new game/save.
