HMEC Legatus

Description
Starting by an old project, the Goliath, I've decided to adapt it for space travel. After some work, I reached out its first "HMEC" prototype, the Space Goliath, but it was not done yet. A hangar for small crafts was still missing. So, after a lot of rework, I've finally reached out its final version, the HMEC Legatus.

It was totally designed for interplanetary operations on survival gameplay, but due to its limited source of fuel, its not recommended for deep space travel.

Enjoy!

Looks like a 20x better version of my interplanetary survival ship.

First, reach the limits of the atmosphere with the atmosphere thrusters, countering the gravity with the large ones (pointing the nose towards the horizon). When you reach that limit, turn on the hydrogen thrusters and use the full force of your large one to counter the gravity (pointing the nose up arround 75º). DO NOT point it 90º up because the large hydrogen thruster alone dont have enough power to sustain all the ship's weight by itself, you must balance that weight using the belly hydrogen thrusters.

When you reach 0.25G, turn off the large hydrogen thruster and use only the small ones to keep up your speed until you reach Zero G. Dont forget to dampers off.
