Relon ManyShades
This character can be found inside the Bee & Barb Located in Riften.

Relon ManyShades is a custom Argonian follower mod . Relon’s level is set to 50 but you can use the developers console command to reset it to what you wish. Relon ManyShades is a fellow thief and has no fear. Ask him to kill someone and he will humbly comply to your wish. He’ll carry some gold and holds a bow and arrow for weapon. He may also go fist-to-cuffs and literally kick some A.S.S.

Join up with Relon ManyShades and enjoy.

That's because he's a copy made by request. Renamed and some weapons added.
