Bullet Pistol

Description
Replaces default energy bolt pistol with a pistol that fires hitscan bullets (this does not consume minigun ammo). For balancing purposes, this weapon deals more damage than my Pistol 2.0 modification but fires at a slower rate.

This is awesome. My first thought upon firing the pistol was "huh... that doesn't feel right" - this makes the pistol a fun / satisfying backup weapon. Thank you!
