CMDBob's Weapons (FIXED PARTICALS)

Description
All credit to CMDBob orginal creator and Oneill_420 who removed game breaking player weapons I simply removed a bad partical in a jancky way.

Yeah maybe, i didnt try very hard to fix it, thought removing the broken weapeons would save some people many crashes

The Cobra Rocket pod uses the same ammo as the handheld rocket launcher. I think when the player weapons were removed the ammo for the Cobra Rocket Pod was removed by mistake.

Can confirm, no more lingering particles left over from the previous version of CMDBob's Weapons. Torpedo launcher will no longer look like they're shooting fireworks after launching weapons.
